Agreement
These terms apply to use of AdXpresS, a business promotion and creative platform. By creating an account or using the product, the business agrees to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Accounts
The business is responsible for the accuracy of the account details it submits and for keeping the sign-in credentials private. Each account is for that business. Activity under the account is treated as activity of the business.
Acceptable use
Do not use AdXpresS to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, mislead customers, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another tenant’s data. We may suspend an account that is blocked, suspended, or used in a way that puts the service or other businesses at risk.
Marketing content
The business is responsible for the claims, offers, and creative it publishes. AdXpresS provides tools to prepare that content. It does not verify that a promotion is lawful for the business’s industry or location.
AI-generated content
AI copy and images are generated from the business context and the instruction the business provides. Output can be inaccurate. The business should review content before it is approved, scheduled, or published. Image generation follows the credit rule already shown in the product: planning does not spend an image credit, and a credit is used when an image is successfully finalized.
Uploaded assets
The business keeps ownership of the logos, photos, and other material it uploads. It gives AdXpresS permission to store and use those files to provide the product, including placing them on creative and, when the business publishes, sending the finished creative to the selected social account.
Facebook and Instagram
Connecting Meta is optional. The business must have the right to manage the Facebook Page and Instagram professional account it selects. Publishing, scheduling, and disconnecting use the connection the business authorized. Facebook and Instagram are third-party services, and their own terms also apply. AdXpresS does not buy ads through this connection.
Scheduling and AutoPilot
A schedule publishes ready content at the time the business chooses, through the existing publisher. AutoPilot is off until the business enables it. Automatic modes still follow the product limits, including the daily post limit. The business remains responsible for content that AutoPilot is allowed to prepare or schedule.
Third-party platforms and AI providers
Meta, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and similar providers can change, reject, or delay a request. AdXpresS is not responsible for an outage or decision made by those platforms. If a provider is not configured, the related feature is unavailable.
Credits and subscriptions
AI image credits and subscription access are the balances and plans shown in the signed-in product. This page does not set a price. Charges, if any, are the ones presented at the time the business buys a plan or credits.
Suspension and termination
We may refuse access to an account that is not active, is waiting for approval, or has been blocked. The business may ask us to close the account through the User Data Deletion page. Closing an account stops further use of that account’s creative and social connection.
Availability
The service is provided as available. Features can change, and a generation, schedule, or publish action can fail. A failed image generation does not spend an image credit. A failed social post can be retried from the product when that action is offered.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AdXpresS is not liable for lost profits, lost content, or a third-party platform’s refusal to publish. The business is responsible for reviewing content and for the consequences of publishing it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top is the version published on this page.
